Born into the multicultural heart of Club Med in Mauritius, with a French Chef de Village father and a Japanese tennis G.O. mother, Frédéric's fluency in French, Japanese, and English enriches his coaching approach.

Frédéric's dynamic play tennis!™ methodology prioritizes positive energy and athletic enjoyment to effectively teach modern tennis concepts and techniques. By fostering a state of "flow," students learn naturally and instinctively. His progressive approach uses structured drills, varied exercises, and game scenarios with balanced feedback to develop well-rounded players with a positive mindset. Sessions conclude with tailored cardio or match play.

Price:
• ¥23,800 per person, per hour
• ¥11,800 per hour, for each additional participant

Join our exclusive Star Group Lesson and train with Japanese tennis star and Olympian Tatsuma Ito. In this focused 2-hour session, you’ll enjoy personalized guidance in a small group setting as you refine your technique, sharpen your strategy, and enhance your point play with expert insights from a world-class professional.

Tatsuma Ito, is celebrated for his quick footwork and relentless determination. Over his career, he has earned a world ranking of 60, a memorable win against Stan Wawrinka and has battled Novak Djokovic on the global stage.

Price: ¥35,000 per person (includes welcome cocktail and dinner with Tatsuma Ito, Q&A session with match and technique insights, and individual video analysis)

1. Pre-booking:
   You can secure your spot by booking online using the form below at least three days before your participation date. Tennis Academy Pre-booking >

2. On-site booking:
   Sign up at the resort's activity counter at least one day before your preferred session. Solo players are welcome to join existing groups, depending on availability and skill compatibility.

Please note: Accommodation at Kabira Ishigaki is not included and must be booked separately.

Star Group Lesson Capacity
Group lessons are conducted with a maximum of twelve (12) students per coach. Depending on the number of participants and their respective skill levels, additional lesson times may be offered. Guests booking for a group of thirteen (13) or more should be aware that the entire group may not be accommodated with the same coach or during the same time slot. It is advisable to plan accordingly.

On-site Group Lesson Integration
Guests enrolling in group lessons upon arrival may be integrated into existing group sessions based on availability and the participant's skill level on the day of participation.

Signing Up
• Pre-Booking: Online reservations are available using the booking form at least three (3) days prior to your participation date.
• On-Site Booking: Secure your spot by signing up at the resort’s Tennis Lesson Desk (daytime only) or Reception. For on-site bookings, please register at least one (1) day before your preferred session.

Payment
• Lesson fees will be added to your resort bill and settled upon check-out.

Cancellation Policy
• More than 3 days before the scheduled lesson: No charge.
• 2 days before the lesson: 50% of the total lesson fee will be charged.
• 1 day before the lesson: 100% of the total lesson fee will be charged.
• On the lesson date / Same-day cancellation / No-show: 100% of the total lesson fee will be charged.

Booking Modifications
• Pre-booked lessons may be modified or cancelled online up to 2 days before the scheduled lesson date. After that, changes must be made on-site. Please refer to your booking confirmation email for online modification instructions.

Cancellations by Weather or Instructor Circumstances
• If a lesson is cancelled in full or in part due to adverse weather or unavoidable instructor circumstances, a refund will be provided for the unused portion of the lesson.
