We all had a fantastic time at Club Med Phuket.

The teen club staff member, Auyob, really connected with my teen and kept them involved daily.

The activities were plentiful (yoga, power walks, running group, archery just to name a few) but the circus team were our highlight and amazing! Not only did they perform fantastically in the evening but Kimi, Alicia and Vicky really connected with us and encouraged my whole family to give the trapeze activity a go! My teen was so reluctant and nervous initially but the team made them feel so safe that after that first swing they went back daily to practice until they mastered the knee swing and flip!

Finally the bar and restaurant is so varied! The cocktail of the day was special and the meals! No two where the same 😊

We were also about for the Thai New Year Festival Songkran - what an experience! Club Med clearly support the community in which they operate which was great to see.

All in all a fantastic place for a family get away

This is our third time to ClubMed Phuket and this time we night along extras to enjoy in the magic ClubMed has to offer!!

At check in we recognized Winnie, a wonderful GO from South Korea, from our last stays - Bali and Phuket!! Winnie is so friendly and approachable, always smiling and willing to help!

Winnie has helped us sort a few things to enhance our stay here and I really appreciate the quick response, as well as constantly on the look out for our children’s happiness and safety!

Fantastic location on Kata Beach (ideal for learning to surf, which we experienced). Lovely Club Med experience and facilities delivered to the fullest. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Particular thanks to Audi and Sophie who were very attentive and helped us to make the most of everything on offer. Rooms are large and super stylish. Multitude of events are perfect - targeted to the needs of every segment of discerning family member.

Are you looking for a fun & relaxing place to go beach holidaying with your family? Club Med Phuket is THE resort to visit!!

The resort is the perfect holiday destination for families. We visited as a family of five (two adults & three teenagers) and stayed in "superior" connecting rooms. Very clean, quiet, and the housekeeping team were amazing: replaced drinking water, towels, and made bedding daily when required.

The all inclusive buffet was great value, spanning breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A particular strength: I have allergies to all nuts and have had previous anaphylaxis in other resorts with less care. Club Med Phuket's culinary team were fantastic! I met with the head chefs on day one to discuss my allergies (which was particularly scary in Thailand). Throughout our entire stay, they all continued to check up on me and were always clear and happy to guide me on which foods had nuts and which did not. They weren't to be outdone by the chefs at each culinary station either: every chef was friendly and 100% knew about allergy concerns in their dishes. We also celebrated a birthday - the team came through with elegant white tablecloths, decorative napkin artwork, and a custom cake. Simply amazing and at the highest level!!

Sports and entertainment were another highlight. Racquet sports are very well equipped: full size courts with lots of space around the back and edges for tennis, paddle, and pickle ball (suitable for more advanced players); very high-quality equipment (e.g., Babolat aero boost tennis racquets instead of $30 flimsy racquets); and awesome coaches who conduct great lessons and competitions for those who are insterested. All sports also feature professional instructors: muai thai boxing, archery, tennis, workout sessions, circus and beyond.

Every day concludes with an awesome show presented after dinner for you to enjoy. Presented by the resort staff, with stand-out amazing choreography from the circus team, these shows featured hilarious comedy, mind-blowing stunts, and reinterpretations of classical pieces of theatre. They were amazing ways to end the day.

Last but not least, a special mention to the circus team who were amazing. I have never held a trapeze, and yet my biggest regret were those days where I didn't join the circus at Club Med Phuket. This activity is filled with so much fun, so many laughs, and a lot of critical feedback provided from the amazing circus instructors who want to see you build skills. I was beginning to backflip from the trapeze after hours (and I've never even flipped before) as they quickly showed me how I could trust their safety, expertise, and encouragement 100%. This event is suitable for children, teenagers, and adults, but they do a great job at pushing your skills if you so desire. Thank you circus team!

ONE CRITICAL POINT: lanugage barriers were on occasion difficult, but most of the resort staff are bilingual. This was fairly minor as their would always be another staff member close by to help clear things up. Commonly spoken languages include: English, French, Thai, Mandarin Chinese, Korean.

A flawless 5-star holiday!!! I can't wait for my next visit, and I hope you can't too!

• Jeremie (circus team) - Helped me to build proper form, technique, and confidence. He is a masterful teacher in both the art of circus and in building confidence to overcome challenges. His work and presence at the evening shows, whether performing or assisting, did not go unnoticed either - and we applause for him!
• Golf (circus team) - What, my first backflip ever? This was definately not on my bingo card. Golf did an amazing job at teaching me this and saved me from my fair share of overotations (thanks man!).
• Kimmy (circus team) - Helped me to get my feet over the trapeze bar quicker; next time I'll be more consistent (hopefully).
• Alicia (circus team) - Massive efforts at the nightime shows and consistently showed me the tricks that I can achieve on the trapeze.
• Chef Roy - Super friendly chef who knew me by name, always was keen for a quick chat, and made me a custom stir fry due to nut allergies; an above and beyond effort.
• Chef Jang - Delicious food, super positive personality, and an amazing smile. Impossible to forget.
• The head chefs and restaraunt managers - You all always showed great concern and care for my allergies and gave me great confidence to enjoy great food without having to worry. Thank you!
• Owen (restaurant) - Thank you for making our birthday celebration perfect and special. We couldn't have asked for more!!
• Patrizio - For your unmatched energy and love you give to your team, G.M.s, and village. It has been a long time since I have seen my family this happy, and I attribute this to your work. Thank you!
