Please note that all beaches in Thailand are open to public, hence there is no beach water activity (except snorkelling) or private beach with sunchairs belonging to Club Med Phuket.
Club Med Phuket is continuing to renovate and extend the resort for your greater comfort. During this period, there may be light noise disturbances around our land sports facility located at the end of the resort till end March 2025. Additionally, some light noise disturbances may be expected around our guest buildings where works are being conducted in two phases: from now till December 2024, and from March to December 2025. We would like to assure you that all other facilities remain available for your enjoyment. We appreciate your understanding during this time of enhancement and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

4/5 • 10/12/2024Everything from people experience, to activities, to accommodation quality and services were good to excellent. Price is a tad bit too high but I can still understand why the price is such. They have LOTS of staff who do LOTS for vacationers with LOTS of enthusiasm. Different from other resorts I've been to.
Because it had so many staff roaming around all day and they seem to know almost everything about the resort's operations, I felt very safe and comfortable there, knowing that my questions can be easily answered by any staff I meet and I can get help from them, if needed. But don't worry, there are areas that are still very quiet and private for those who prefer a tranquil existence.

5/5 • 08/12/2024Better than we expected ! We know Club Med is great, so we had a high expectation about our stay in Club Med Phuket. We were delighted and surprised by the extraordinary service and experience we had there. Amazing food, unique location (best beach and inside the town, we could walk to local shops and services, as well to the beach). The Club Med team is also outstanding, lots of activities and we had a special host that was the best (Willy), sharing local experiences, tips, and making our stay the best possible ever. Additionally, all the excursions were memorable (Phi Phi Island and Scuba Diving). We (my wife and I) are extremely thankful to all the Club Med Phuket team.

Highly Recommend!!
5/5 • 03/12/2024Our trip to Club Med Phuket was one of the best experiences of our lives! The staff were so lovely, sitting with us during meal times and helping us feel welcome. Madi, Ayoub, Teendayi, Tonky, Zom and Tuk Tuk were real stand outs on the trip and it was really sad to have to leave them at the end.
We went to the Chauda restuarant multiple times on the trip and the staff went above and beyond to make it a wonderful experience! One of the nights my sister told them we were there to celebrate me finishing Uni and Nisarat spent 45 minutes writing out congratulations in colourful grains of rice! The team also made a cake for us and spelt out 'Dr.' in the soup (all at no extra charge).
Another highlight for us was the shows, particularly the comedy show on Tuesday night and the Music Hits party. Max and Ari were hilarious on the microphone and had us in stitches the whole time.
The food was also delicious (esp the french pasteries), and there was easily enough fun activities to keep us entertained for the 10 days that we were there. I couldn't recommend it highly enough!

As a preventive measure to guard against bird flu, you are advised not to visit bird markets or zoos.
