First ever Club Med experience

This was my first time visiting a Club Med and was very pleasantly surprised at their superior hospitality. I was never bored, the food is great, so are the drinks. Best of all are the very friendly, outgoing staff at the resort. I can't wait to visit the Maldives branch in Nov and hope to meet some of the Bintan staff there too

Spent the most amazing 4D3N summer holiday at Club Med Bintan! Welcome by Noor at the arrival and the amazing holidays starts from there! The renovated room looks more clean and alive and the seaview from the room was so so so breathtaking 😍 The food that we had from day to night at the Main Restaurant, Terrace, and Pondok Ria was the best, you will never get hungry from breakfast to supper. The shows every night was superb! Then the crazy sign dance floor and chit chat every night with the GOs' are definitely the highlight of the holiday. Special thanks to all the GOs' that spent their time with us, you guys are the one that made the trip more enjoyable to us. Thanks to Eva, she is always there with us whenever she have the time, after her busy show, she will definitely be there with us until late night for all the chit chat and crazy talks, we love all the time spent with you! Thanks to Frantz for arranging all the birthday surprises request from my friend, is been the most amazing birthday celebration I had in the recent years and I'm so so so surprised and happy! Thanks to Rohit for the nice coffee and cocktails at the bar from morning to night and of course we love the crazy talks with you every time! Thanks to Connie for the special cocktails, beyond expectation and never failed me, so so so good! Thanks to Jeevan and Omen we love chit chatting with you guys at the main bar that night, the vibe was what we are looking forward and we are missing the vibe already! Thanks to Vito at the Amazing Family, being so patient with all the art and crafts with us! And never forget to all the GEs' as well from Reception, Bar and Housekeeping, thank you for all the hospitality. All the hospitality given by all the GOs' and GEs' are the reason for us to keep going back for short escape from our busy life! Thank you so much!!!

The place is absolutely beautiful, with a very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. I especially loved the spa — it is gorgeous, secluded, and surrounded by nature, creating a truly zen and soothing environment.

A special thank you to Ana, an amazing massage therapist. Her treatment was wonderful, and I’m extremely grateful for her care and professionalism. I highly recommend the spa for anyone looking for a moment of pure relaxation!

How to book?
All you need to do is to select your departure city: Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal from the transport options.

Note: if you were to book your ferry separately, we can also arrange land transfers (at extra cost). Simply add a transfer when booking your holiday. (Note that this is a shared transfer with other guests)

A sanctuary for turtles, our Resort protects the nesting sites of these endangered species by safeguarding their eggs from the moment they are laid until they hatch. In March 2024, over 130 eggs successfully hatched, and the baby turtles were released into the ocean in front of our G.Ms’ ™ eyes.
