4.5/5. Club med has such a good system going. A well oiled machine for a fuss free family holiday. Property is a tad old (apparently more than 30 years) but well maintained. Sports facilities were good as usual. We tried padel tennis, squash, badminton, table tennis. The swimming pool is also really nice with nice warm water. Kids played in there every day. Children pool was huge.

The good hospitality of the GOs shined through. Special shout-out to Venus for her warm welcome and Teacher Valencia for her special attention for my 4yr old daughter in Petit Club. Valencia gave us some Indonesian jelly and even Mee goreng! Sat with us for 2 dinners entertaining my girl. Never come across such warm hospitality before.

Will definitely be back again!

My first ever Club Med experience and I am blown away!

Room:
Room was pretty basic but good enough since most of my time was spent out of the room. A bit dated but didn't affect my stay at all. Huge bedroom with comfortable beddings, great toiletries from AHAVA and plenty of storage space. From my room I was able to see the trapeze area, the main bar and the beautiful ocean. I had a room located in the middle of all the action, close to both the main area and the sports area at the back.

F&B:
You can never go hungry or thirsty at Club Med! Plenty of food options in the two restaurants and the mobile food truck. And I always have a drink in hand wherever I go! Could say I am completely spoiled by Club Med now! PS: The satay at The Deck Restaurant was superb and my absolute favorite! I think I had it at least 4 times during my 4-day stay!

Activities:
There are plenty of activities all around the village and definitely something for everyone. I tried the aqua yoga, golf and archery and I think I found a new hobby in archery - I went back 3 times! Lee from Archery was a great and funny instructor and I had a great time learning from him!

The GOs and GEs at Club Med are the essence of a great experience at Club Med! They are all super friendly and welcoming, always making sure you are well taken care of. Everyone I met there was great! A shout-out to the ones whose names I managed to remember! Venus and Adrian from the front desk, Lee from Archery, Ujang and Oka from Golf, Milka from the main bar, and really every single one of the staff at Club Med! Thank you for the wonderful experience and I can't wait to go back again!

Maybe if I had to nitpick a little bit, was the lack of lightings at the walk back from the main area to the rooms at night. I thought it was already dark enough with only a few lights on while I walked back to my room past 11pm. Then I had to leave at 2:30am for a sunrise tour, and it was totally dark on my way out. Had to on my torchlight on my phone to find my way. And really, this is just me nitpicking.

Otherwise, a wonderful and perfect stay and I can't wait to be back! BALI!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Bali Club Med for a week, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel like VIPs.

Overall, club med exceeded my expectations, a wide range of activities made for a perfect getaway. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation. I can't wait to return!

I would rate this as one of my life's best and most memorable stays. The GO team (Diana, Lavanya, Bouba, Milka and Sarah) went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable.

We stayed for 2 weeks.
The all inclusive package was perfect for us.
A combination of a large verity of food and drinks.
Activities in the club were plenty and very good!
We booked day trips in the club to see many different things.
The spa area was very good with great massages.
The staff wars brilliant! Very caring and friendly throughout.
The only miner things we can criticize are the following.
Some of the pool beds were a little unclean on the beach.
It would be nice to have the possibility to in the app to join an activity so that other guests see how many people are participating.
And there is no car rental available in the hotel.
