Amazing experience at the hotel!
5/5 • 10/01/2025The teenage club is AMAZING and the people working there are so friendly and nice, especially Melem, Noé and Jose Pedro. I had the best ski experience because of my amazing instructors Hugo, Alexis and Damien (they made skiing so fun and easy)

5/5 • 10/01/2025Noe and Melem were very attentive and friendly. I really enjoyed the teen club. The fifa was blare at and we made a lot of friends here. I liked the bedsheets and the reception were good. The ski instructors were helpful and I really really learned a lot in this family trip.

Fantastic New Year's Eve

We had a fantastic New Year’s Eve week at Club Med Valmorel.
Started our stay with a little hick up but the team recovered fantastically.
Our stay was up to Club Med standards and with a great New Year’s Eve party!
The hotel director (Maxime) and the team where outstanding.
The reason why I’m writing the review is cause one person stood out completely.
The Sports & Event Manager, Lucas, made our stay thoroughly wonderful. We met him last year in Les Arc, he welcomed our kids with a big hug and we saw him during our stay all over the place. He was always making the difference with his team! From starting a party at noon next to the slopes, cutting ham during a cocktail or assisting the bar team after midnight on New Year’s Eve. He was really every were and you could see the great match he has with his team and all the guests! Looking forward to see him in the future!
Also thank you to the ass restaurant manager, Guillaume, for reserving our table for the week and happy to meet Samy again (ski shop), fantastic person!
Ski, the slopes are perfect for families and groups. The domain is not huge but perfect for winter holidays with the kids. For more fanatic skiers, I would suggest other area like Les Arc or Serre Chevalier.
Food, waiting lines at the buffet were quite long and require some attention from the team.
