Guilin China

We recently had a great stay at Club Med GuiLin. Vela at reception was super welcoming – she explained all the facilities, gave us a tour, and helped us figure out what to do around the huge park. Absolutely an amazing experience!

My family and I stayed at Club Med Guilin in June 2026, and we had a truly wonderful holiday.

Our first impression was that the resort's exterior looked a little dated, and the kids were initially underwhelmed. However, those thoughts quickly disappeared thanks to the incredible energy, warmth, and enthusiasm of the GO team. They created such a fun atmosphere throughout our stay, especially during the evening shows and parties, where they kept everyone entertained with their infectious spirit.

The resort itself is in a beautiful and peaceful location, surrounded by stunning karst mountains and scenic landscapes. It provided a relaxing environment away from the crowds, while still being easily accessible. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout our stay, and despite the many activities around the resort, we found the rooms to be quiet at night, allowing everyone to get a good night's sleep.

The resort's programming was excellent, with a wide variety of activities throughout the day, so there was always something exciting to look forward to. A special shout-out to the Colour Party. It was exceptionally well organised and easily one of the highlights of our trip. The whole family will remember it for a long time.

I would also like to recognise two outstanding Club Med friends.

Jake, the golf instructor, was patient, encouraging, and fantastic with children. My son and I both learned so much from him over several sessions, and his passion for teaching really shone through.

Sharon from the F&B team truly exemplified exceptional hospitality. From the very first day, she took the time to recommend activities that suited our family, helped us with reservations, and even went out of her way to secure bookings for both specialty restaurants. On our final day, she surprised us by arranging takeaway snacks from the kitchen for our journey to the airport. A thoughtful gesture that perfectly summed up the level of care we experienced throughout our stay.

The entire resort was consistently clean and well looked after, and considering everything that was included—from accommodation and dining to the wide range of activities and entertainment—we felt the overall value was excellent.

Thank you to the entire Club Med Guilin team for making our holiday so memorable. We left with wonderful memories and would love to return again with our family.

我们一家于 2026 年 6 月入住了桂林地中海俱乐部（Club Med Guilin），度过了一段非常愉快且难忘的假期。

刚抵达时，我们觉得度假村的外观略显年代感，孩子们一开始也有一点失望。不过，这种感觉很快就被 GO 团队满满的活力、热情和感染力一扫而空。他们在整个入住期间营造了轻松欢乐的氛围，尤其是晚上的表演和派对，精彩又充满能量，让每个人都玩得非常开心。

度假村坐落于风景优美的桂林山水之间，环境宁静宜人，非常适合放松身心，同时交通也相当便利。我们的房间干净、舒适，每天都整理得很好。虽然度假村白天活动丰富，但晚上房间十分安静，全家人都能睡个好觉。

度假村每天的活动安排也非常丰富，几乎每隔一段时间就有不同的节目，让人完全不会觉得无聊。其中必须特别推荐 Colour Party（彩色派对），组织得非常出色，绝对是我们这次旅程中最精彩的活动之一，相信全家人都会记得很久。

我也想特别感谢两位非常优秀的 Club Med 工作人员。

Jake 高尔夫教练非常有耐心，也很会鼓励学员，尤其擅长与孩子互动。我和儿子都跟着他上了好几堂课，收获很多，也能感受到他对教学的热爱。

Sharon（餐饮团队）则充分展现了什么是真正的优质服务。从我们入住第一天开始，她就主动根据我们一家人的需求推荐活动、协助预订，甚至特地帮我们安排到了两家特色餐厅。离开当天，她还贴心地为我们准备了旅途中享用的外带点心，这份细心与温暖，正是我们整个入住体验的最佳写照。

整个度假村始终保持得非常干净整洁，维护得很好。考虑到住宿、餐饮、丰富的活动以及晚间娱乐都包含在内，我们认为整体性价比非常高，物超所值。

感谢 Club Med Guilin 全体团队，让我们拥有了一段如此美好的家庭假期。我们带着满满的回忆离开，也期待未来还能再次回来，与家人共度更多美好时光。

像是Adi 餐廳總監，之前在亞布力就遇過了親切又帥氣，這次也關心了我們孩子的狀況很多次，當然每次餐廳的美食很棒

Kai是我們一走進來就跟我們介紹了所有活動還帶我們騎著腳踏車跟射箭，充滿活力💪

雖然第一天飽受驚嚇，但後面的感覺在這些用心的工作人員之下，感覺越來越好👍

This is our second time visiting Club Med Guilin. Our first Club Med experience was in Yabuli last December.

This trip has truly shown us how dedicated and caring the staff are.

Adi, the Restaurant Manager, was someone we had already met in Yabuli. He is always friendly, professional, and welcoming. This time, he checked on our injured child several times, which meant a lot to us. As always, the food at the restaurant was excellent.

A special thank you to Sharon, one of the restaurant staff. ❤️ Her warm smile and enthusiasm were simply contagious. I asked her how she could stay so passionate about her work, and she answered, “Because I’m truly happy.” Her positive energy made our entire stay even more enjoyable.

Jacky, who I believe is the Housekeeping Manager, was one of the first people to ask about our child’s injury. His kindness made us feel genuinely cared for. We also noticed him constantly walking around the resort, checking on guests and making sure everyone was well taken care of.

Kai welcomed us as soon as we arrived. He introduced us to all the activities and even took us cycling and archery. His energy and enthusiasm were amazing!

Although our first day was quite frightening because of our child’s accident, the warmth, care, and professionalism of these wonderful staff members made our experience better and better each day.

Thank you, Club Med Guilin, for making us feel so welcome. We truly appreciate everyone who helped make our holiday a memorable one.

Impressive luxurious vibe of their lobby and our suite. We, family of three, had a wonderful experience from the taste of Guilin to international cuisines, thanks to the Executive Chef Carol & the F&B teams Adi & Sharon! The vast variety of activities are pretty cool for both adults and kids. Not forgetting the evening shows, amazing performances by the circus and dance teams! Our liason Eloise kept us well informed of activities & masks info during our stay, as well as the Room Manager Jacky. Last but not least, biggest shout out to the Chief of Village Ali :)

​Our family of three is ending our 5 days trip and checking out today, June 20, and we are still basking in the warmth of the incredible hospitality we experienced. From the moment we stepped into the resort, we were made to feel special with a wonderfully warm welcome and a surprise upgrade to a suite, which made our stay exceptionally comfortable. Ali, the Village Chief, has fostered an amazing, high-energy atmosphere throughout the resort, and a special thank you goes to Jacky, the Room Manager, and Eloise at Reception for making our arrival and accommodation so seamless and memorable.
​The activities and amenities kept us happily engaged every single day. We loved the variety on offer, from golf and hiking to mountain biking through the stunning scenery. Our 12-year-old daughter absolutely loved the Teens Club, which gave her a fantastic space to make memories of her own. When we weren’t active, we were indulging in the culinary offerings. The food was excellent and far exceeded our expectations. Massive compliments to Executive Chef Carol, Restaurant Manager Adi, and team such as Sharon for the spectacular dining experiences and impeccable service, as well as Bar Manager Lee for keeping the vibes and drinks excellent at the bar.
​The evening entertainment was nothing short of fantastic, serving as the perfect end to each day. One particular show that we saw, 'The Legend of Guilin', was a true masterpiece and a beautiful introduction to the region. We also have to give a huge special mention to the circus team, particularly Kimmy, whose talent and energy blew us away.
Thank you to the entire team at Club Med Guilin for an exceptional family vacation—we cannot recommend this resort enough!
