Punta Cana Dominican Republic

We have been to many different Club Meds and love them all. This one was special and made that way because of the Club Med team. Jorge, the golf master, made us feel like family. I have never golfed, and I learned easily from him, and it was fun. The trapeze team is indescribable. The talent, patience and great attitudes of the team made the experience wonderful. Their abilities were phenomenal and our favourite part was watching the circus show.

The various musicians were lovely and professional. There was a violinist and saxophonist that were especially memorable.

The bar service was really good and the baristas super nice.

The service in the restaurants was great too. We enjoyed the variety of food. I was glad that there were some gluten-free desserts.

We had a great room near the waterslides. It was quiet and clean. More than we expected. Brand new bathroom. The bed was comfy. The cleaning staff friendly.

The snorkeling is not great off the beach because of visibility, but the gear is free.

We really enjoyed the waterslides. It was a great way to cool off and get some exercise.

Overall the atmosphere was great for us. If it were not so hard for us to get to this location from where we live, we would make this a destination to return to. Worth the money.

I spent a lot of my vacation @ trapeze. The circus manager Arkidii was extremely kind, knowledgable and very professional. His whole circus team was fantastic.
Hicham helped me with a new trick to accommodate my limited mobility.
When making catches I was very happy to have Frankelis, Michael, Daniel, Jose Manuel, and Emanuel on the receiving end of the catch. I am sure these gentlemen can catch someone 2 to 3 times my weight. Gabriela was extremely impressive in all the circus shows, and extremely encouraging. Bottom line: the entire circus team was next level amazing.
In Golf , Jorge was very patient with us non golfers. We enjoyed many lunch hour meals with him. I am not a golfer but I did learn a few things by the end of our vacation.

Tiara is a beautiful place, nice staff, Cristel the manager is the best, always available, listening, smiling, friendly, she made our stay particularly pleasant - the renovation of the club is significant and really nice. There’s a lot of activities for the kids, the club is big so kids have a lot to explore. Access to the beach is also great. The choice of food is large, even for vegan or gluten free people - we’ll definitely come back
