I had the best time at Club Med Phuket!
From the moment I arrived, the whole place just had this amazing energy, super welcoming, fun, and laid-back all at once.
The facilities were spotless and had everything I needed. Whether I wanted to chill by the pool, hit the beach, or join an activity, there was always something to do.
The food was so good. Tons of options, great quality, and something different every day. You can tell the team puts real effort into it.
The G.Os were awesome — friendly, fun, and always up for a chat or to get you involved in something cool. They really made the experience feel warm and personal.
And a big shoutout to Logan, the Chief of the village. You can see his leadership everywhere — the whole place runs smoothly, the staff are happy, and guests feel genuinely cared for. He’s present, approachable, and clearly puts his heart into making sure everyone has a great time. Respect!
Already missing it and would definitely go back!

Besides the fact that Phuket is beautiful, this Club Med has some of the most amazing staff I’ve ever met. They work very hard and make you feel like family. It was my first time meeting the CDV Logan and he seemed really genuine and kind. I could honestly write a whole book about a lot of the staff but since there’s limited room I’ll just showcase some really special GOs who made my trip unforgettable. Thank you so much to Ali, Batu, Grendy, Prince, Miggy, Jeffrey, Kookai, Azizul, Retna, Keryn, Jamal, Emilio, Chloe, Sophia, Kira, and Chiron. I truly appreciate meeting and seeing all of you again. An Amazing Family Holiday at Club Med Phuket!
Club Med Phuket gave us an experience we’ll never forget. Logan, the Chef de Village, brought such energy and warmth that made everyone feel at home. The G.O team was incredible, and a special thanks to Dori for taking the time to share the food, activities, and Club Med spirit with us over dinner.

It was also my first time learning tennis and golf, and thanks to the patient and encouraging G.Os, I enjoyed it far more than I ever expected! Both my family and my girlfriend’s family loved the stay—we made unforgettable memories together.

From the food to the shows to the world-class service, everything was outstanding. We left with full hearts and can’t wait to come back.

Absolutely Fantastic Stay at Club Med Phuket!
We had an incredible time at Club Med Phuket — it was the perfect mix of fun, relaxation, and celebration. The whole experience felt so comfortable and welcoming from the moment we arrived.

A massive thank you to some amazing individuals who made our stay extra special:
• Ari – Always friendly and full of positive energy! His passion for yoga and fitness really shines, and he constantly checked in on us to make sure we were doing well.
• Edmund & Azizul – Part of the wonderful restaurant team. Special mention to Azizul, who ensured our meals and drinks were always perfect.
• Roy (Chef) – Not only did he serve up amazing food, but he also led a fantastic cooking class where we learned to make a delicious Tom Yum Goong!
• Aun – Made our birthday celebration unforgettable with a surprise cake and room surprise. Thank you!
• William – Took the time to chat with us and make us feel truly welcomed.
• The bartenders – Non-stop drink service from morning till night. Tireless and always cheerful!
• Fitness Team – The Muay Thai coaches were hilarious and fun, while Alpha led a killer circuit session that gave us a real sweat — in the best way!

Also, a heartfelt thank you to the entire G.O team, buggy drivers, housekeeping staff, cleaners, restaurant team, guards, and everyone else working behind the scenes. You all made our stay so memorable and helped us celebrate our birthdays in the most amazing way.

We had a great time overall—fun games everywhere and a fantastic circus team. Although the circus experience was quite different from what we're used to, they were very encouraging and made it enjoyable for us.

The GO team was excellent, especially Kira. We had a short dinner together on our last day, and she shared Club Med’s vision and mission from a GO’s perspective, which was inspiring. The waterpark was a highlight—my daughter had nonstop fun there!

Unfortunately, on the second day, I wasn’t feeling well and ended up vomiting three times. I believe it was just a personal issue, as the rest of my family continued enjoying everything without any problems. I just regret missing out on a full day at Club Med.

Logan is an outstanding leader who truly embodies authenticity and excellence. He leads the entire GO team with genuine passion, professionalism, and a warm, approachable style that brings out the best in everyone. His leadership feels sincere and inspiring, creating an atmosphere where both guests and GOs feel valued and energized. It’s clear that his presence sets the tone for a positive and memorable Clubmed experience.

On a side note, I had requested a ground-floor room with twin beds, but we were initially given a second-floor room with a king-size bed. The staff did arrange a different room for us the next day, though it still had a king-size bed. Perhaps the Family Oasis room type only comes with that bed configuration.
