Learn moreWe had another great experience. Check-in and check-out went smooth.
Ski lessons with ESF (we were in 4 different groups) were all super good! The kids learned a lot in one week! It was a nice way to get to know other guests also.
Restaurant had some "live-cooking" stations that were always very good! It was the best food we had in 3 years Club Med! Also special thanks to the attention they had for "gluten free". In France this is never easy and with our daughter with Celiac Disease it is very nice to be able to order gluten free pasta/separate fried fries, and have a corner with gluten free bread and a dedicated toaster! There were also always gluten free desserts available and even snacks at the après-ski. This is very helpfull and one of the reasons we keep coming back to Club Med!
One little negative point are the beds, they are a bit hard and make a lot of noice when you turn around. Also there were a lot of kids running around in the corridors in the evening. With young children who sleep early not ideal.
See on TripAdvisorOur experience was great. We were very well received by Renato, a Brazilian, at reception, and received all the information and support we needed. Mao, from RDS Ski Pro Shop, helped us with the equipment for the classes and was also very helpful with everything we needed. Vinicius, from GO Boutique, was very friendly and pleasant. Vanderleia, from the bar, welcomed us with open arms and gave us several tips for excursions. Vivian, from GE, was very attentive. Karla, from GE restaurant, made sure to please us in every detail. Eric Girard, the chef, was very friendly, and the food was wonderful. The team was top-notch. The place is pleasant, with a complete all-inclusive structure, including ski and snowboard classes, recreation, a heated pool, and a good location for several ski slopes. I recommend it and would return.
See on TripAdvisorGreat family ski trip. Club Med is a great option if you don’t want to have any stress. Everything is thought of.
See on TripAdvisorWe stayed during opening week (w/c 15 Dec) 2025/2026. It was our first Club Med experience and we chose it primarily for the childcare. It did not disappoint!
Our five-year-old had 5 days of ski lessons --both morning and afternoon. We worried it might be too much but he really enjoyed it and the ESF instructors struck the perfect balance of making it fun and helping them learn.
The G.O.s at Mini Club were great. In the morning we just dropped him off and they took care of all the suiting and booting. We could head straight out for our lessons and stayed out all day (Mini Club runs until 5pm).
Mini Club staff were super friendly and built a good rapport with the children. Our son also made lots of friends in Mini Club and played with them throughout the week.
Beyond the childcare, we also liked:
- The location: you can easily get to La Plagne or Les Arcs without traversing for hours.
- Ski in / ski out
- The food: extensive buffet with lots of live stations (some dishes were hit-and-miss but you can find something good at every mealtime), plus aprés ski snacks and free-flowing drinks.
- The room: more spacious than I expected and there was a separate sleeping area for our son.
The only thing that needs improvement is the reception staff. An otherwise great trip was marred by long wait times at reception due to people both checking in and out on the first changeover day of the season. We had an issue with our keys that was not sorted until the third time we went back to the desk. I saw another guest speaking to reception staff for over 20 minutes about charges from a ski shop purchase, and it looked frustrating. This aspect of the resort needs to be made more efficient.
