Excellent service rendered by the staff at Club Med. Excellent food served up at the Deck, impeccable service from Chef Libin and wait staff Leon. I hurt my foot from a stray splinter at the beach hut, and staff Miao, a man from Thailand and another lady from Indonesia rendered care and first aid for me. Thank you!

Everyone in the club makes it an enjoyable experience. My kids loves it! Shelly, Dayu, Uly, Farhan, Emrel, Tawan, Oka, you guys are great!

Shelly, Dayu, Uly, Farhan, Emre and Tawan they are all very friendly and very energetic and very patience with children. We will definitely come back to Club Med Bali as the food and activities here are very family oriented and our child love here especially the mini club GO

My wife, 2 children and I have just returned from 2 weeks at Club Med Bali. Such an incredible place, with no end of activities for everyone and all ages.

What really sets Club Med apart is the staff. Starting with CdV Houcem - Such a great host, always there with a smile on his face, and happy to have a chat. He really makes you feel like part of the family.

Shelley is a family favourite, always making sure the shows and entertainment are top notch and running smoothly.

Dylan is at the bar and outside dinners every evening to serenade us, its truly incredible the range he has! And always happy to take requests.

Perez and the restaurant team run a tight ship, delivering delicious meals breakfast, lunch and dinner. They are always happy to accommodate any needs, making special order dishes. Big shout out to GE's Indah and Dewi, always ready with a smile on their face, making sure we get the table we want.

The circus team are just incredible. Big, big thanks to Ali, Elodie, Jessie, Alex and Anas. My daughter did some private lyra (hoop) lessons, and they were so patient with her. They are amazing on the trapeze, and take so much time and care to make sure everyone has a safe, but really fun experience.

Jeffrey, Messi, Rachel and the rest of the bar team are just great. My son in particular was enamoured with Jeffrey, who made him his own special mocktail. The whole team provide great service.

Ika was just stunning in an amazing range of outfits, and made the evening bar and beach parties so much fun.

Carol, Ashleigh and Lee were incredible GO's, always taking time to make sure we had what we needed, and we shared some lovely meals with them during our time.

There are countless other GO's and GE's I haven't listed, but they are all amazing, and are what set Club Med apart.

All in all, if you're looking for a place where the staff make you feel like family, really get to know you and go above and beyond to make your stay extra special, you wont be disappointed with Club Med. We will definitely be back!

It’s was my 2nd Club Med experience. Having great time in Club Med Bali from 8 June to 13 June 2025 for our annual family trip.

1st impression when we arrive the resort, the building, rooms and fatale quite old like the Club Med Cherating. However, after walk around the resort, I felt it wasn’t old, its was nostalgic. Personally felt that they were not old but firmly in harmony with nature.

We would like special thanks to following:

1. Chief of Village - Houcern for his little touches eveyday around the resort
2. Talented Entertainment Manager- Shelly who always organises fantastic shows at night
3. Hiroko-san at the reception was super friendly during our arrival and explain the facilities clearly.
4. Jul from Archery who patience taught my parent and nephew how to play Archery.
5. Victoria from Archery always helpful and nice when we in Archery area.
6. Viviene from Excursions have friendly sharing full of useful informations. Also chitchat with my parent who not understanding English well to let them understand the resort facilities well
7. Fabrics and Graham for the wild aqua gym
8. All wonderful teams from Bar, Restaurant, Sports, Reception, Rooms and etc

Big thank you for all of you who made our stay unforgettable. We will surely see you again ClubMed Bali!
