10/10 experience — definitely coming back!

Absolutely lovely resort with such wonderful staff! The atmosphere was fantastic, with great entertainment in the evenings and a beautiful beachfront that made the stay even more special.
The food was excellent, and the terrace restaurant was a real highlight. We also loved the spa very relaxing and well worth it.
A big thank you to everyone for making our holiday so memorable. Special mention to Sentha, who was always around from early morning until late at night, making sure we had a great time.
Thank you as well to Anne, Mathew, Clarissa, Harry, Coco, and Sheeba for your kindness and warm smiles, you truly made our stay unforgettable.
The only downside was a bit of bad luck with algae at the beach. The smell was quite strong, and unfortunately, we were not able to swim.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and hope to come back again soon!

I cannot rate highly enough the outstanding staff at Club Med Bintan, they truly are the heart and soul of the resort. From the moment we arrived, we were always greeted with warm smiles and genuine interest in our plans for the day. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and every interaction felt personal and sincere.
A special shout out to Sentha for her kind and attentive hospitality, as well as Dani, Walter, Ruby, Rita, Leo, Sandy, Sheeba, Martin, and many more. I’m sorry I couldn’t remember every name, but each of you made a lasting impression.

We had a lovely stay at Club Med Bintan from 28 March to 1 April. Our first evening’s outdoor garden dining, with live music and vibrant circus and dance performances, was a fantastic start to our holiday.

Special thanks to Edward (CSO) for his warm welcome and consistent friendliness, and to Fairol at The Terrace Café for his attentive and polite service, which made our dinner truly memorable. Our spa session at Sothys was also incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating.

That said, having experienced Club Med Bali, we felt the “family and community vibes” at Bintan could be enhanced. The warmth and hospitality in Bali left a strong impression and were why we chose another Club Med resort.

Overall, a wonderful stay with room for improvement.
