Outstanding Service at Club Med Bintan!
5/5 • 16/08/2025We had a fantastic stay at Club Med Bintan, made truly special by the incredible staff. Iksan, Chairmine was warm and professional at front desk, Sentha went above and beyond, personally walking us to the sport center and helping with our daily activities. Her service was exceptional! A heartfelt thanks also to Winaya, our room attendant, who surprised us with a beautiful towel decoration in our room, It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our stay unforgettable. Additionally, they also have kids activities during our stay. Syasya and Yulia very cheerful and good entertaint the kids.
Thank you to the team for making our stay so memorable. Highly recommended!
