Cherating Beach Malaysia

Overall the stay was good and most importantly the children had a great time.

The main restaurant was at times difficult to find a clean empty table, especially towards the end of service. However, once dining the attentiveness of the staff was good. The quality of the food was excellent.

My major gripe would be the standard of the rooms. The rooms were smaller than expected, but ok in size. However the decor was dated and lighting wasn't great. In the bathroom, mould was an issue. Both around the tiled floor and on the ceiling. This is not what I expect for the price paid. Other small things include the safety notice being stuck to the rear of the door with sticky tape. The fridge could also have done with a defrost.

Unfortunately, noise was a little bit of an issue with loose floorboards outside the rooms causing loud noises when children were running.

However, overall we did enjoy our 1st stay at ClubMed and will hopefully be returning. The staff were excellent and the gardens etc. were beautiful.

Thanks for the hospitality of the G.O. and the cozy vibes there is really enjoyable and relaxing.

Besides, I want to highlight the exceptional service of bar team. They are warmth and friendly, especially the bartender Charo, made every drink with care and creativity, his cheerful and attentive manner made me feel welcoming and lively.

Ohh, there is one more highlight, the pistachio gelato in Mutiara restaurant is delicious 🤭

I spent 3 amazing days at Club Med Cherating and absolutely loved every moment of it! The setting is stunning, lush jungle, a beautiful beach, and peaceful surroundings that make you feel truly away from it all.

The G.Os were fantastic, super friendly, fun, and always ready to help or share a good laugh. Even though I was traveling solo, I never once felt alone. The activities were varied and really well organized, with something for everyone.

The food was delicious and full of variety, and the whole atmosphere of the resort was relaxed, welcoming, and full of positive energy.

I left feeling completely recharged and already thinking about when I can come back. Huge thanks to all the staff for making this stay so special!

Highly recommend Club Med Cherating, whether you’re traveling solo, with friends, or as a family, it’s a truly memorable experience!

All the GOs are kind and helpful. The scenery here is beautiful. Absolutely stunning vacation which will become an impressive memory in the future. My daughter is keen on trapazing here every day. Cammy, Elaine and Bobby, they’re all my daughter’s big friends now. I really recommend everyone who come here try this activity.

We enjoying our company trip cum team build event in Club Med. Thanks to Sales Team arranging the transportation to-flo KL-Club Med, our Group Coordinator (GO) who always assisting us when we are in resort -- Grayson, Zoey and Nesh, especially Grayson as our main team build coach for the games.  Also, we appreciate deeply to all sports trainers and staff in resort and for some of you who also stage performers during night time, you all have done the great job as a big team.  We never forget the Music Factory Show that triggering our memories/experiences in the past from those golden songs.  Oh ya, thanks to Chef Rudy and teams too in serving delicious food. Last, we are looking for the room accommodation and facilities upgrade in a very soon in future.  And, yes, we will definitely will visit you guys again, see you again.
