Stayed 4 nights, 5 days at Club Med Phuket with my sister and 3 kids under 7. My first CM stay ever...am impressed and have so many memories from our short time there! The staff were fantastic—always caring, especially when my child had a fever (special thanks to the infirmary nurse for great advice). My requests were quickly handled via the app, rooms always clean, and buffet food plentiful all day (never hungry).

Night entertainment was top-notch—DJs, singers, foam party, kids on stage. Shout-outs to Mr. Logan (Chief of Village), lovely Estelle and Ing who made our lunch lovelier with their friendliness and inviting conversation, the very professional and friendly trapeze team (Alicia, Jeremy, Jamal, Kimmy, and Adib), restaurant managers (Azizul and Edmund), and enthusiastic staff like See, Tataa & Man who made us feel welcome. At Chu-da restaurant, the meal was tasty and had good variety. A warm bread basket at the start of meal would have been a good addition to the special occasion.

Overall: fantastic family trip, genuine service by a village of talented staff and welcoming vibes, and endless activities. Hope to be back soon!

This was our first time at Club Med Phuket, and it certainly didn’t disappoint.

There were plenty of activities for both kids and adults – from padel, tennis, and golf to snorkeling and bodysurfing. The food was excellent, and the evening entertainment and shows were truly some of the best we've seen at Club Med.

What we love about CM is that you always meet GOs you have met at various other resorts around the world and this time was no different. We were delighted to be welcomed by Logan, the Chef de Village, whom we remembered fondly from our stay in Sahoro earlier this year. His infectious enthusiasm and positive energy set the tone for another great CM stay. Alongside him, his deputy Ali was just as friendly, helpful and engaging. Both were always present, ensuring that guests felt happy and well taken care of.

A special shoutout also goes to Owen from the restaurant team, whom we had the pleasure of meeting twice before. He's incredibly friendly and helpful, and it was a pleasure to see him again.

We’d also like to extend our thanks to the rest of the amazing G.O. team – Mao, Azizul, A, Ahmet, Batu, Aurélien, Cara, Julia, Estelle, Prince, Jamal, Bakary, Alpha, and Kira – each of whom helped make our stay even more memorable with their energy, kindness, and dedication.

We had a fantastic time at Club Med! The friendly atmosphere and welcoming staff made our stay truly special. A special shout-out to the GOs, especially the mini club team, who were exceptional! They made my kids feel right at home.

The wall climbing and trapeze teams were incredible, providing thrilling experiences that my whole family loved. Meen, who led the crafts, was especially caring and dedicated, spending time with my younger daughter and ensuring she enjoyed her activities.

The food was amazing and authentic, offering a delightful array of flavors that enhanced our experience.

The lively night activities were another highlight of my stay. From themed parties to engaging entertainment, there was always something fun to participate in, making the evenings vibrant and enjoyable.

While there were some slight clogging issues with the shower in my room and the public shower, I’m confident will be addressed to enhance future stays.

Overall, I encourage everyone to visit! I can't wait to return for more amazing experiences. Thank you for everything!
