A beautiful location for a relaxing holiday. Rooms and facilities are clean and well-presented, the food is of the typically high Club Med standard and variety, staff are friendly and helpful, and that beach - 700 metres of private, golden sand, fringed by lush jungle! It’s probably not the place to come if you want to experience Indonesian culture up close as it’s a relatively remote location, but if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway, this is the spot you’re looking for. I’d definitely shout out the circus crew as well - our daughter adored the flying trapeze, and the support she received from Sara and the others was a highlight. Highly recommended.

Comfy room, lots of family activities. Kids club is great and staff are all friendly. Great experience for families and parents who are looking for a combination of family + personal time.

Our 5th stay at Club Med Bintan and second visit this year! Back again to celebrate my husband's birthday. As beach lovers, Bintan remains our favourite family getaway. But what truly brings us back isn't just the resort — it's the people, the friendships, and the community we've built over the years.
We were lucky to stay in a newly renovated themed room, which our kids absolutely loved! And the new Family Hub? What an amazing addition! Loving the expansion and how Bintan keeps getting better!
This trip was all about slowing down and enjoying quality time. Yet, even without joining many activities, our favourite GOs kept us entertained, chatting, laughing, and celebrating with us until midnight. That's Club Med hospitality — where guests become friends, and friends become family.
A heartfelt shoutout to Bian, Jamal, Pandu, Arvi, Herman, Riko, and Rey, our amazing local GOs who always make us feel at home. To the local GE Bar Team, thank you for keeping our glasses full and taking such good care of us! And Dino and Aloy, thank you for capturing our memories!
So wonderful reuniting with Valentino, Matthew, Omen, and Dr. Oz! And Sentha, even on vacation, you still made sure we were well-pampered! Edo, you were missed at our little reunion!
Special thanks to Rey for introducing our eldest to surfing — he's officially hooked! And to Aunty Arvi, Vitta, Yiyi Mimi, Oom Bian, Riko, Herman, and Matthew, thank you for showering our little dinosaur lover with so much attention and love. These are the memories our children will carry home.
One small observation — despite visiting twice this year, we hardly saw the CDV around the village. It would have been lovely to see more personal interaction with guests, especially when that sense of connection is what makes Club Med so special.
To every GO and GE, thank you for your dedication, warmth, and genuine hospitality. Fifth visits later, we still come for the beach, but we keep returning for the people.
