Phuket Thailand

I loved the Teen Club program because I could make many new friends. Also, the GOs took care of us very well.

This is the 4th time I've brought my kids to Club Med Phuket. We return again and again because off the beautiful resort, friendly Thai locals and the GO Team.

We stayed in a newly renovated room which was lovely. The only downside is the design of the showers. As the shower had no door it makes it hard to keep water in. This lead to water leaking into our room during my sons shower the first night (it certainly added some extra entertainment). Housekeeping were fast to bring us extra towels after we used all ours soaking up the water.

The Family Oasis is an excellent addition. My kids are 12 and 15 and ad a family we paid a few visits there. I enjoyed just standing having the water dumped on my head! There were many families enjoying each other's company there. I highly recommend checking this out!

The kids spent quite a bit of time at the Sports Centre trying out all the activities on offer as well as Rock Climbing.

I'd have to say the biggest downside for me (apart from the gastro that wiped 2 out or 3 of us out) was the food. It wasn't up to the standard we remember from our last visit 2 years ago.

Massages were so great I had 2!

The bar staff work so hard and I thank them for always having a smile on their faces as they served you. They were all 10/10!

It is really the GOs that make a resort great and again this team didn't disappoint. There were a few GOs that made our stay extra special.

Julia- I had many lovely chats over meals and at the bar with her. Thank-you for spending time with us.
Ayoub- Is a natural with kids! Thank-you for sharing a meal either us and for our many chats throught the stay.

I never thought a holiday could top our last visit here but I was wrong! This holiday was everything I needed and so much more!

Absolutely incredible experience.

I stayed here for 1 week by myself and even though I was alone I never felt alone because the staff made me feel so welcome and would often join me for meals.

The food variety was so great so many different cuisines and it changed for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily so you were never choosing the same item and it kept it interesting.

The rooms have been recently upgraded so it has a very luxurious feel. The room gets serviced daily. The theatre shows each night are a lot of fun and worth seeing. At the main pool they have activities for all ages to enjoy and then if you’re wanting to relax the adults only zen pool is amazing too.

The dancing after the theatre shows at the main bar is quite fun too and everyone gets involved and has a good laugh. The service at the bar for drinks is so quick as well, you’re never waiting too long.

I had a massage here as well and it was incredible - again staff so friendly and welcoming and it really had a luxurious feel for the experience.

I want to especially thank Oat, Michelle, Aoy. They took care of me at night and spent dinner with me and had a drink with me at the main bar and encouraged me to dance. Their customer service and smiling faces were beautiful. You guys were awesome and I’ll miss you a lot. Also special mentions to Sunny, Sophie, Chiron, Emilio, William, Manow, Ayoub, Alpha, Ari, Kimmy, Julia, Batu, Awan, Azizul, Rosie & Jolie.

This was an amazing first time experience for me at club med and I can’t wait to come back to Phuket one day or even visit another club med in the future.

I also love that at the theatre shows they do the introductions in Korean, Chinese, Japanese, English, French & Thai - really reinforced the all inclusiveness of the resort. The staff should be proud for all they do because they sure made my experience amazing.

I also got an airport transfer and someone greeted me as soon as I arrived at the hotel and my luggage was taken to my room and was there once I arrived. Very convenient and great service

Also a special mention to Max. You manage a wonderful team and thank you for encouraging me to come to the middle of the dance floor on the glow night! I’ll never forget all the fun I had.

No doubt I’ll be back at a club med one day

Highly recommend!!

Food is definitely 5 star, especially Korean food, as we saw so many Koreans taking the plates. I can’t forget the super good croissants from here. All cuisines are super nice and delicate. We stay for 10 days, on night we even have fresh oysters from France!

The room is also the nicest among all CM we went. Super new and big, my kid loves his bed. We live in front of the family oasis, but it’s actually far from the main area, needed to take shuttle bus.

If you like to do sports, don’t miss Ari’s yoga, and definitely tried to finish Alpha’s cardio class. Awan’s tennis and paddle class are professional as he has over 18 yrs in CM.

Thanks for the excursion center, I have over 30 times diving experience but Eurodiver helped me took the most beautiful pictures under water. Really appreciated, thank you Takuya and the beautiful Excursions manager Kira for checking the kids early drop off and late pickup.

And the petit club! Thank you Doreen and Emilie to draw with my kid, and Pomelo,Manow. And we also met two GO from binging, Ploy, and Jamel, they recognized us immediately lol Thank you Boyboy for sharing ur experience at costume design, we can see your hardworking on stage.
