At the heart of the transformation is the Amazing Family! Hub, introduced for the first time in Asia at Club Med Bintan, and available from July 2026 onwards.

This dedicated indoor space is designed for families to come together naturally through games, activities and shared moments. Rather than scheduling time together, parents and children can simply drop in, making it easier to enjoy meaningful time as a family. The space includes a playground, interactive play areas, and a workshop hosting activities under the Amazing Family programme.

Complementing this, the Splash Pad offers a lively water play area for younger guests, while the pickleball courts introduce a fun, easy-to-learn sport that naturally brings families and friends together.

Dining at Club Med Bintan has been refreshed to align with the natural flow of the day, from relaxed mornings to more intimate evenings.

The Panorama Coffee Shop offers a casual setting for morning coffee, light bites or a midday pause, with open views across the resort.

Throughout the day, the Terrace Gourmet Club offers an all-day dining experience that evolves from a relaxed brunch atmosphere into a more refined seaside setting in the evening, ideal for unwinding over dinner in a laid-back yet elegant environment.

Additional concepts, including the Grill, launching at the end of 2026, will further enrich the dining experience with perfectly prepared meat and fish, all within the ease of Club Med’s All-inclusive offering.
