With over 15 years experience including major festivals such as Sonar in Barcelona and a residence at the iconic Ohm club in Berlin, Mr. Ho performs crowd-pleasing, energetic and eclectic sets rooted in House, Techno, Disco, Electronica, and other sub-genres from all over the world.

Experimental DJ, Australian based in Tokyo

Pushing the boundaries of standard dancefloor music, Chris SSG brings a range of sounds from ambient, experimental, kosmische through to more abstract forms of techno. A resident DJ at multiple clubs in Tokyo and regular podcast features, Chris SSG has been featured in top music mix lists across the years.

Contemporary Dance Music DJ, based in China

Queenie is an international fashion model turned DJ. Currently taking China by storm, DJ Queenie frequently DJs at high profile events and is dedicated to perform many of her sets on rare vinyl records. Her variety of her own compositions, remixes and edits of much anticipated releases has garnered a great fanbase. She plays a range of lounge, house, techno, electronic and pop music.

DAVID DICEMBRE

Chillout and ambient DJ, based in Tokyo

David Dicembre has been in Tokyo for the 15 years, and has been spinning records for just as long. He’s the producer of Japan Boiler Room shows, booker for festivals and Clubs. Organize with Chris SSG the regular chill-out party called Sound Garden in Tokyo.

Yoshinori Hayashi

Electronic musician and DJ, based in Japan

Since his music debut in 2015, his work has been discovered by true curious music freaks as well as avid music listeners from all over the world. He is also acclaimed as a DJ and his style goes beyond House, Techno, Disco and sometimes steps into so - called dangerous zone which is classic and experimental at the same time and forms original eclectic obscure philosophy.

Kapiw & Apappo

Ainu Traditional Music from Hokkaido, Japan

Playing songs handed down from generations, this duo specialises in traditional Ainu music and songs with local folk musical instruments. Kapiw & Apappo were also recently involved in a documentary “kapiw(カピウ)とapappo(アパッポ)~アイヌの姉妹の物語~” documenting their lives growing up as Ainu in Japan.

YUZO IWATA

Electronic music DJ and producer from Japan

Tokyo based dj Yuzo Iwata's unique filters for music is comparable to the eminent filters on the acid bass line synthesizer TB-303, with his non-conformist taste towards genres and borders, Iwata's music in both production and track selection embraces a new common language, and delights dancers on both physical/mental levels. His origin of the Japanese and Cuban decent, binding two different ethnicities from the opposite side of the world, is possibly a contributing factor.

4% of each festival ticket purchased and stay will be donated to non-profit organisations (NPO) dedicated to nature conservation and Hokkaido communities. Donations will fund forest replantation programs and educational programmes in this beautiful island.

Our festival will also support NPO reconstruction initiatives post 2018 earthquake and taking care of displaced population.

How to get to Green Beats Festival?

Airport :
The nearest airport to Club Med Tomamu is New Chitose International Airport and Tokachi-Obihiro Airport.

Transfer to the resort takes approximately 1 hour 40 minutes from New Chitose Airport and 1 hour 15 minutes from Obihiro Airport.
